The measurements below are body measurements in centimeters. They are not the measurements of the garments.

Once you know your body measurements, you can use the size chart below to determine what size you should choose.

To get an accurate measurement, the tape should be close to your body but not tight. Wear only underwear, do not measure over clothing.

Measure head circumference correctly. Wrap the tape measure around the head as shown on the picture.
